B-Trader Exclusive AI Trading Bot - Terms & Conditions

By using the B-Trader Exclusive AI Trading Bot ("Product"), you agree to the following:

  • Personal Use Only: The Product is for your personal investment decisions and may not be shared with others. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for this purpose only.

  • Disclaimer: The Product does not guarantee profits and involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your trading choices and any potential losses. B-Trader disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Product is provided "as is" with no guarantees.

  • Support: We offer customer support for the Product through various channels, including WhatsApp, call, Discord,Telegram, and email. Live updates and support are also available through Discord voice chat.

  • Installation: We provide a downloadable file for the Product and offer complimentary installation services upon request.

  • Refund Policy: We offer a refund policy under certain circumstances. Please refer to the separate refund policy document for details (link to policy).

  • Restrictions: Do not share the Product, trading signals generated by the Product, or attempt to reverse engineer the Product.

  • Ownership: B-Trader (name of the person or business entity you plan to operate under, once registered) owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Product, including the software code, algorithms, and any derivative works.

  • Liability Limitation: B-Trader (your planned business entity) shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Product, including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury.

  • Termination: We may terminate your access to the Product at any time for any reason. You may terminate your use of the Product by uninstalling it.

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
